HOW IT WORKS

SHOP ONLINE

Check store stock availability then add products to your shopping cart. Enter your billing address then select click & collect as your delivery option. Click & collect is only available for products already in stock with your local store.

SELECT YOUR STORE
Whilst in the checkout, select the store you’d like to collect your order from. If you cannot select your local store then the item is not available for click and collect at that location. Contact your local store directly if that is the case and they will be happy to help.

IN-STORE PICKING
Your order will be picked and you will be notified that your order is ready to collect, usually in 4 hours for in-stock items. *Bikes needing assembly may take up to 4 business days to process to ensure they are fully ready and safety tested.

PICK UP, RIDE AWAY
Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a notification either over email or text. Please ensure to bring your photo ID, your order confirmation and if applicable the bank card used during checkout.

BENEFITS TO CLICK & COLLECT

COLLECT NATIONALLY

Shop from home and collect your order at a convenient time and location. You can Click & Collect just about everything, from our selection of national locations. If the item you want isn't in stock with your chosen store yet we'll even order it in for you free of charge.

SAME DAY COLLECT

When you order for Click & Collect, if you're item is already in stock we can have it ready for you the same day you order. We’ll send you a ready-for-collection email notification when it's ready. If your product is not already in-stock we'll order it in, usually ready in 1-3 working days.

BIKE FIT

With every bike purchase, a free professional bike fit is included. Ensuring your bike is set up perfectly for you, and the type of riding you’ll be doing. If you buy any accessories with your bike that you want attached, we'll have those ready for collection as well.
