You will receive a response from a customer service representative within 48 hours, acknowledging receipt of your complaint. We may request additional information before we can proceed with an investigation.
If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours, please call us, to ensure that there has not been an issue with your submission.
The details of your complaint will be shared with the 99Bikes team / department leader to investigate your complaint.
Due to staff members having rostered days off, please allow up to 72 hours to receive a response from the relevant 99Bikes team / department leader.
Our customer service team will work with you and our 99Bikes team to find a mutually beneficial resolution, as soon as possible.
